A bit about me...
I’ve worn many hats in my career from career counselor, film production, event planning, and project management.
I’ve worked with some amazing people and solved some interesting problems.
I’d say I found my passion in UX because I truly enjoy creative thinking to solve problems. Usually what may seem simple to some people, may not seem simple to most. If I can make someone’s life a bit easier, then I’d say it was a good day.
I am constantly working on improving myself and evolving my talents so I thrive in an environment where I can continue learning and working with smart and talented people who are striving for the same goal. I am proud to say my learning journey will never end.
Check out my LinkedIn to see what my colleagues have said about working with me.
Hobbies...
Exploring my artistic side – I enjoy learning to paint, draw, doodle, can’t say I am good at it, but it makes me happy.
Cooking – I’ve been vegan since Oct of 2019 and it has been just a blast learning to make unique vegan dishes.
Laughing – They say laughing is the best medicine, well then call me healthy!
Travel adventures – Whether by air, a long road trip, or a nice hike.
MOVIES – I am also a huge movie nerd (horror movies in particular)
Check out my movie database on Letterboxd.
My pup – I also enjoy my snuggle and play time with my adorable rescue pup, Lyla.
From Boston to Austin...
As we left my home town of Boston, My husband and I embarked on a road trip where I lived in 6 different cities across 6 different states throughout the U.S. Big help was that our jobs could be done remotely. Some favorite cities were Portland, Raleigh and Denver.
That really ignited my love for travel. I love exploring new places, cultures, and meeting new people. I’ve been to India, UK, Canada, Luxembourg, Belgium, Amsterdam, Paris, Vienna, Budapest, Prague just to name a few, and hope to visit many more after Covid.
I took this picture on the left during a walk in Amerterdam.
